Welcome to iBeenTo. By using our website, apps, and services (the "Service") to create travel magnets, pins, and a travelog, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Using the Service

  • You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
  • You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant iBeenTo a limited license to store and process your content only to provide the Service — to generate, render, and deliver the products you request. You confirm you have the right to use any photo you upload and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

Real photos only. Uploaded photos must be genuine images you have the right to use. AI-generated images submitted as real travel photos are not permitted.

Orders & pricing

Prices and product details are shown at checkout and may change over time. Because magnets and travelog products are made to order from your design and photos, please review your design carefully before ordering. Returns and exchanges are covered by our Return Policy.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its designs, templates, software, and branding, is owned by iBeenTo and protected by applicable laws. The finished design you create for personal use is yours to enjoy; the underlying templates and tools remain ours.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, iBeenTo is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
