We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your product arrives defective or damaged, we'll refund or exchange it. Because every magnet is custom-made from your design and photos, we can't accept returns based on quality preference or change of mind.

What's covered

We'll refund or replace your order, free of charge, if it arrives with a manufacturing issue, such as:

  • Damage that occurred in production or shipping.
  • A printing defect (smearing, misalignment, missing layers, wrong colors due to a production error).
  • The wrong item or an incomplete order.

What's not covered

Because products are personalized and made to order, we can't offer refunds or exchanges for reasons that aren't a defect, including:

  • Change of mind or no longer wanting the item.
  • Personal preference about the design, style, or colors you chose and approved.
  • Typos or photo choices in a design that was approved at checkout.
  • The quality of an uploaded photo (for example, a low-resolution or blurry source image).

Tip: please review your design preview carefully before ordering — what you see in the preview is what we produce.

How to request a refund or exchange

  • Reach out within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Use our contact page and include your order or reference number.
  • Attach a photo of the defect or damage so we can resolve it quickly.

Once we confirm the issue, we'll arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method. Approved refunds are typically processed within a few business days.
